Overview We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. This role offers an opportunity to work in a lively environment, providing memorable dining experiences for our guests while showcasing your skills in food service and guest relations. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Toast POS. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and service Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting tables promptly to maintain a clean dining environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Support additional responsibilities such as host/host duties or nightclub serving as needed Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred, especially fine dining or hospitality settings Familiarity with POS systems including Toast POS. Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods Proven sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling transactions Experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/host roles is a plus Ability to work flexible hours.
