This role is designed for a senior professional with deep supply chain expertise and a passion for building long-term client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and supporting consulting engagements.You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, working closely with delivery teams while identifying opportunities to expand Miebach’s footprint. This position blends account leadership, client engagement, and strategic growth, with less emphasis on traditional sales and more focus on relationship development, problem solving, and value creation.ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management and Account GrowthManage and grow key client accounts within industries such as CPG, life sciences, fashion and apparel, or retailServe as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, including handling escalations and ensuring high client satisfactionBuild strong, long-term relationships with clients and position Miebach as a trusted partnerIdentify and drive opportunities to expand share of wallet within existing accountsCultivate relationships with prospective clients through industry engagement and networkingBusiness Development and Opportunity SupportSupport business development efforts by contributing to RFP responses, proposals, and client presentationsLeverage prior exposure to B2B environments to understand client buying behavior and decision processesPartner with internal business development teams to convert opportunities into active engagementsDevelop strategic account plans aligned with client needs and Miebach capabilitiesProject Collaboration and Delivery SupportWork closely with consulting and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project executionBring industry expertise to support solution development and engagement deliveryAct as a bridge between clients and internal teams to facilitate communication and successful outcomesContribute to problem solving on complex supply chain challengesThought Leadership and Market PositioningDevelop and maintain deep expertise in one or more target industries (CPG, life sciences, fashion and apparel, retail)Represent Miebach at industry events, conferences, and client forumsContribute to thought leadership through insights, presentations, and client discussionsStay current on supply chain trends and translate them into client value propositionsRequirements10 - 15 years of professional experience in supply chain, consulting, or related professional servicesDeep supply chain expertise within at least one of the following industries: CPG, life sciences, fashion and apparel, or retailProven experience in account management, client relationship management, or consulting engagement leadershipExposure to B2B sales environments, either directly or as a client or recipient of consulting or professional servicesStrong problem-solving capabilities with a passion for addressing complex client challengesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility and willingness to travel 40–60% during peak periodsEntrepreneurial mindset with interest in learning and contributing to business development activitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience in supply chain consulting or professional servicesDemonstrated success in growing client accounts and expanding service offeringsExperience supporting or leading RFP responses and proposal developmentEstablished network within relevant industries
