This role is responsible for managing field crews, coordinating site activities, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget, schedule, and quality goals. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a solid background in electrical systems, field supervision, and project coordination.Key Responsibilities:Our Electrical Superintendents coordinate the scope of work required to install a quality product in compliance with the contract documents and all applicable goals
The right individual will emphasize a sense of urgency and innovation while providing an environment of trust, cooperation, commitment and teamwork
Ensure schedule completion of projects within established budget, time and quality standards, performance and customer satisfaction
Instruct, implement and enforce the company safety program and site specific safety requirements with a zero tolerance to incidents
Possess a complete and comprehensive understanding of the project requirements, specifications and scheduling needs
Accurately submitting daily/weekly reporting and four-week look ahead schedule**Applicantsmust possess a valid driver's licenseas a condition of employment.**This requirement ensures employees are able to:Travel to various work sites as needed
Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly
Fulfill job duties that involve transportation or fieldworkQualifications:3+ years of managing electrical construction crews required
Manage project field crews and ensure safety on jobsite
Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, customers and architects
Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new software
