The ideal candidate will demonstrate expert-level SAS design and development skills, leadership in Agile delivery, and the ability to coach teams and influence technology direction across a firm-wide landscape.Responsibilities:Design, build, and optimize SAS solutions for complex, large-scale programs across multiple operating systems and infrastructures.Contribute across the software development lifecycle using a modern engineering toolset.Lead or coach Agile teams, foster Agile practices, and promote delivery excellence.Implement and advocate for CI/CD, TDD, cloud-first development, resiliency, and security-by-design.Serve as a subject matter resource across projects, guiding standards, patterns, and best practices.Evaluate emerging technologies and trends and recommend pragmatic adoption to meet business goals.Required Skills & Qualifications:Expertise in SAS design, development, and optimization in enterprise environments.Experience operating across heterogeneous infrastructures and operating systems at scale.Proficiency with the software development lifecycle and modern engineering toolchains.Working knowledge of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test-Driven Development, cloud development, resiliency, and application security.Proven coaching or mentorship in at least one technical discipline.Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills:Recognition as a leader in Agile frameworks and enterprise delivery.Thought leadership through speaking or writing about technology trends and their business application.
