In this role you will foster strong customer relationships and develop business opportunities in your designated sales territory. You’ll be trusted to uncover new opportunities, drive sales and cement EP Cube as a successful player.The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving residential energy storage sales for EP Cube across Texas and Florida. This role focuses on developing new business, managing existing partners, and executing the full sales cycle within the assigned territory.Responsibilities:Business DevelopmentIdentify, generate, and qualify new business leads.Develop relationships with PV distributors and installation companies.Expand new revenue channels within the assigned territory.Promote EP Cube and the broader product portfolio.Account ManagementManage and grow relationships with existing distribution and installation partners.Understand partner needs and position EP Cube as a solution.Maintain regular in-person engagement (approximately 50% travel).Sales ExecutionManage the full sales cycle: lead generation, technical discussions, proposal, negotiation, and closing.Work closely with technical, commercial, and legal teams on contracts.Forecasting & ReportingProvide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates.Track KPIs including sales volume, revenue growth, and market share.Report progress regularly to senior leadership.Internal CollaborationPartner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Planning teams.Share competitive insights and field intelligence.Participate in trade shows and industry events.Required Qualifications:Must have 5 years of B2B sales experience, within the Energy Storage or Battery industry8 years B2B sales of tangible products that are technical and/or electrical in natureAbility to quickly uncover unique challenges and needs of customers within your assigned states/territoryWillingness and excitement to travel approximately 50% (or more) throughout the year within your designated sales territory.Frequency determined by strategy, attainment of targets, business needs and the individual needs of customers in each area.You live within 1 hour of a major airport and within the territory you'll supportYou have your own playbook for generating new business and your own lead generation strategy that will set you up for success as you explore opportunities to grow our brandStrong ability to find the decision maker in a complex deal, identify their criteria or hesitations, overcome objectionsStrong presentation and communication skills - In person, over video/phone and emailExcellent interpersonal skills: you're a team player, open to trying to new things, receptive to coaching and feedback and can thrive while managing yourself in a remote capacityHigh proficiency of MS Office applications, Outlook and CRM tools such as SalesforceBachelors or Associate degree in business management, administration, engineering, supply chain or related a related field is a plus but not required.Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.Compensation and Benefits:Canadian Solar offers a competitive salary plus fully comprehensive benefits and performance bonus package based on an annual objective achievement. This is a full time position.The pay range for this position is $120,000 – $140,000. This range represents annual base salary only, without regard to location, and does not include the 60% bonus target or other incentives that pay quarterly. Additional benefits that may apply.
