Our reputation is built on creativity, quality, and exceptional service.We're currently hiring seasonal Lighting Technicians for our 2026 season.About the roleWhat the work is actually like (read this carefully):You'll be outside all day in cold, rain, and sometimes snow10+ hour days, 6 days a week during peak seasonYou'll be on ladders and roofs daily - if you're not comfortable at heights, this isn't the right fitThe work is physical - climbing, carrying equipment, repetitive overhead workThe season is compressed: ~3-4 months of intense work (potential for extended season)If that sounds like your kind of thing, keep reading.Pay: $1,200$1,800/week depending on experience and roleSchedule: Full-time seasonal, training starts September 2026Training: Provided - no prior Christmas lighting experience neededWhat you'll doInstall Christmas lighting on homes and commercial buildingsWork on ladders (up to 32 ft), roofs, and occasionally in trees or on cherry pickersHang, clip, and staple light strands along rooflines, trees, and structuresWork in 2person crews serving residential clientsPotential for takedown work through JanuaryFebruary (not guaranteed for all hires)QualificationsWho does well in this role:People who've finished a full season of physical outdoor work before (landscaping, roofing, painting, construction, tree trimming, guiding, wildfire crews)People comfortable with heights and changing weatherPeople who show up on time and finish what they startPeople who work well on a 2person team with minimal supervisionWhat we offer:Consistent biweekly pay throughout the seasonPaid training before season startsCrewbased work - you'll have a partner, not be working aloneHousing assistance may be available for outofarea candidatesA seasonal gig that bridges the gap between your main season and spring
