Program Manager

Support Program ManagerRaytheon seeking a support program manager to assist with multiple program efforts within the product support organization under C3S2. In this role you will have direct interaction with product support's missile defense customers. The programs cover a range of sustainment activity including engineering, logistics, repair, and refurbishment services for missile defense products/programs. This position is an onsite role, located in Andover, MA.What you will do:Inherits full accountability and authority for leading and managing assigned programs and proposals.Sets program strategy and tactical direction for execution by multifunctional teams and is personally responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned programs.Pursue and capture new business from existing customers, or from new customers in new pursuits as assigned. These programs and pursuits require familiarity with the following areas: training, logistics, field engineering operations, supply chain and proposal generation.Leader for coordinating, generating, and costing proposals.Primary contact with customers and will interface regularly with internal support organizations, suppliers, and subcontractors.Qualifications you must have:Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.Proven ability to manage full program lifecycle from proposal through contract completion, including cost, schedule, and technical performance.Strong knowledge of contract types, earned value management, risk management, and associated reporting/management tools.Effective leader skilled in customer interfacing, conops and requirements development, resource planning, procurement coordination, and organizational change management.What we offer:Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
