Risk Counsel
OverviewWe are currently seeking a Risk Counsel for our Risk Management Department in Chicago, IL. The Risk Counsel oversees and manages litigation and claims within the Company’s insured Portfolio. In doing so, they work hand in hand with our insurance partners and outside counsel to drive solutions and manage the insured claim portfolio. The Risk Counsel position will also be responsible for underwriting Owner contracts as necessary and relaying analysis to upper management about contractual risk shifting.As a fourth-generation, family-owned business, Walsh recruits individuals who are seeking a small company feel with a large company backing.
