Overview: We are looking for a Functional Systems Analyst to help with the configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our enterprise applications. This role is key to ensuring that our technology infrastructure and business processes are aligned and operating at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the configuration and operation of our service desk, as well as other enterprise applications, while identifying opportunities for process enhancement and automation. Contributions: Business Process Improvement- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements and translate them into process enhancements. System Administration & Configuration- Configure and maintain enterprise applications. Implement business process improvements within the applications by applying configuration changes. Integration & Automation- Identify opportunities for integrating systems and automating repetitive tasks to create seamless workflows across different platforms. User Support & Training: Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training for technical tools, ensuring staff can fully leverage available technologies. Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Experience with business process analysis, workflow optimization, and process automation. Experience as a System Administrator, IT Specialist, or Business Process Improvement Specialist. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 2-3 years experience as a system analyst or similar role Preferred Skills: Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives. Experience with configuring and administering service desk platforms (e.g., Freshservice, ServiceNow, Remedy) and/or other enterprise tools such as iCIMS, GitHub, and AWS. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
