UX/UI DesignerOur client: A leading global self-storage companyLocation: Frisco, TX (onsite 5 days/week)Compensation: $115,000-$125,000Our client is looking for a UX/UI Designer to help shape intuitive, accessible, and visually polished digital experiences across web and mobile. If you're passionate about user-centered design and enjoy partnering with product, engineering, and marketing teams, this role is for you.What You'll Do:Design clean, intuitive, and accessible interfaces across web + mobile platformsBuild user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity designsConduct user research, gather insights, and run usability testsPartner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to solve customer and business challengesIterate using data, heatmaps, user feedback, and analyticsContribute to design standards, accessibility best practices, and overall UX strategyRequirements:8+ years of UX/UI design experienceA strong portfolio showcasing digital product designProficiency with Figma or similar design/prototyping toolsSolid understanding of responsive design, usability, and accessibility guidelinesStrong communication skills and the ability to present design decisions clearlyFamiliarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScriptExperience in e-commerce or high-traffic consumer platformsKnowledge of analytics tools (GA, Hotjar) and A/B testing
