Front Office Receptionist

Belle Mead Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced full time / part time receptionist to join our 6 doctor practice, non corporate private practice located in central NJ. We are AAHA accredited, non-24 hour practice with over 20 Fear Free Certified professionals. We love what we do and that makes coming to work each day satisfying. We have a fantastic Pet Pain Clinic where we do physical rehabilitation, acupuncture, laser, massage daily helping painful paraplegic pets come back to running and enjoying life again. In addition to dogs and cats we see exotic pets including birds, reptiles, ferrets, chinchillas, pot belly pigs and goats. We have board certified specialists who come to our practice weekly for Ultrasound and Oncology. We would prefer an experienced veterinary receptionist but will consider unique individuals who have 1-3 years experience in any customer service field. Necessary skills include telephone skills, organization, time management, basic computer knowledge, client communication skills, ability to multi-task, and handle the stress of the veterinary field.
