You will work across the stack to deliver scalable features, optimize performance, and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities (All Levels) Build and maintain full-stack applications using React + TypeScript (frontend) and Node.js + TypeScript (backend) Design, develop, and optimize REST APIs and backend services Develop and maintain database schemas, queries, and migrations using PostgreSQL Write clean, reusable, testable code; participate in code reviews and team discussions Debug production issues and improve reliability, observability, and performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with: o TypeScript o Node.js o React o PostgreSQL Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTTP, APIs, auth, browser behavior) Experience with Git and Agile development processes Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment Must be local to Dallas, TX and able to attend an in-person interview
