Asset Protection Associate - Full Time

Belk - 1234 Main Street USA Trussville - Responsibilities: Monitor store activity through observation, camera systems, and floor walks to identify and prevent incidents of theft, fraud, and dishonesty.; Assist with internal, external, and organized retail crime incidents in accordance with case procedures, company standards, and applicable laws. Follow proper protocols for apprehensions, and accurately document and report all incidents.; Support leadership with retrieving and reviewing documentation and reports used in investigations.; Build strong working relationships with local law enforcement to support collaboration and successful case resolution.; Support education of store team in asset protection, emergency response, and safety programs to enhance storewide compliance.
