About the RoleSentara Health is seeking a full-time Senior Process Improvement Engineer to join the Ambulatory Operations Improvement team. This role is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, resource utilization, and consumer experience.The Senior Process Improvement Engineer applies data-driven methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping, and other process improvement techniques, to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
