Competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentJob DetailsSCHEDULE: First shift with occasional SaturdaysJOB DUTIES: - Oversee daily machining operations within the machine shop, including CNC milling and turning work - Perform and support complex CNC setups and program adjustments directly at the machine - Monitor production flow to ensure jobs are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations - Train, coach, and supervise machinists to improve performance, consistency, and safety practices - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and support smooth workflow - Inspect parts and verify conformance to engineering drawings and specifications - Track tooling conditions, machine performance, and material usage to reduce downtime and waste - Support continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, safety, and product qualityJOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: - Bilingual English and Spanish required - 7+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment - 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a machine shop setting - Strong hands-on experience with CNC mills and lathes, including setup and troubleshooting - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications - Proficiency in CNC program adjustments and machine-level edits - Experience training or mentoring machinists in production environments - Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and fabrication methodsInterested in hearing more?
