You will work onsite on a first shift schedule (5:30 AM – 2:00 PM) and collaborate with Quality, Production Control, and Engineering to meet weekly assignments and production targets. Your work ensures mission-critical assemblies meet specifications and schedule.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform semi-repetitive to repetitive electronic and electromechanical assembly and subassembly workApply ESD controls, soldering, epoxy mixing/bonding, cable harness and PCB assembly, and mechanical assembly of small partsInterpret blueprints, job travelers, test specifications, service bulletins, and quality directives to complete workPerform high-voltage potting and high-voltage testing and operate up to 12kV hipot equipmentMaintain productivity, quality, and weekly assignment schedules; identify and eliminate production bottlenecksReport safety, FOD, failures, parts shortages, and discrepancies to your supervisor promptlyLead and participate in lean initiatives and suggest process improvementsEnsure equipment calibration is maintained per schedule; perform other related duties as assignedHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleHigh school diploma or GEDSix (6) or more years of related electronics assembly experienceCertification to IPC Specialist and J-STD-001Proficient microelectronic assembly skills, cable harness and PCB assembly, and mechanical troubleshootingAbility to read and interpret technical documents, safety rules, and procedure manualsBasic computer skills to log work orders and access timecardsAbility to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and meet vision requirements for close and color visionHere's What Else Might Help You OutExperience with resistance welding and working under microscopesFamiliarity with torque wrench use and small-parts torque requirementsPrior involvement in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiativesPay Range$21.60 - $27.00/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
