This position works closely with customers, warehouse operations, and transportation providers to ensure shipments, inventory, and documentation are processed accurately and on time.This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone with customer service, administrative, warehouse, or logistics experience who enjoys multitasking and problem solving.ResponsibilitiesProvide professional customer service through phone and email communicationCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments with customers and carriersProcess customer orders, shipping documents, bills of lading, and inventory reportsMonitor shipments and assist with resolving discrepancies or documentation issuesMaintain receiving and inventory records within the warehouse management systemPrepare reports, data entry, and customer activity updatesAssist with inventory corrections and cycle count reportingWork closely with warehouse operations to support daily workflow and customer needsRequirementsPrevious customer service, administrative, logistics, or warehouse office experience preferredStrong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and WordExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyDependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learnExperience in warehousing, transportation, or logistics is a plusKnowledge of the NAVIS port system is a plusBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time OffLife InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityOpportunity for GrowthPay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience
