Remote Junior Inside Sales Representative

This is an ideal position for motivated sales professionals who thrive in a high-volume, results-driven environment. This is a remote position for those that reside in = AL, FL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, WYEssential FunctionsConduct high-volume outreach (120–200 calls per day) to prior customers seeking additional capitalCommunicate via phone, email, and text to assist past clients with new financing applicationsIdentify client needs and align them with appropriate product offeringsRe-engage previous customers to understand their experience and generate repeat businessMaintain accurate and up-to-date lead statuses within the CRM systemDemonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and task completionCollaborate with Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified prospects for closingRequired Education and Experience 1–3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotasStrong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business ownersExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHighly process-oriented with strong organizational skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills$15 - $15 an hourStarting pay - $15/hr plus shift differential(extra $1/hr nights & wkds) + IncentivesWorking hours - 9:00am-6:00pm (EST) ; Work Days - M-F Paid Training - typically 1 week in length from 9:00am-6:00pm Mon-Fri (EST)Status - Full Time 40 hours, Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 days Five Star Solutions values diversity and is committed to cultivating a professional, diverse workforce by hiring the best people available and providing the best service possible to our customers.
