We are seeking an experienced and driven property manager to oversee operations at a multifamily community located in Roswell, GA. This community is undergoing operational transition and is seeking a leader who can stabilize operations, build culture, drive resident satisfaction, and execute strong financial performance.This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who understands the challenges and opportunities that come with managing an older conventional asset. The ideal candidate brings a balance of operational discipline, financial acumen, team development, and resident-focused leadership.The property manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations including occupancy, collections, resident retention, maintenance oversight, budgeting, team leadership, and ownership communication. Candidates must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accountability and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesLead all daily operations for the communityDrive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retentionMonitor financial performance including delinquency, collections, bad debt, and controllable expensesPrepare, review, and manage budgets and monthly reportingAnalyze market conditions and implement pricing and leasing strategiesRecruit, coach, develop, and hold onsite team members accountableEnsure apartment turns and service requests are completed within company standardsConduct regular inspections of the property, amenities, vacant apartments, and common areasPartner closely with regional leadership and ownership groups regarding operational performance and strategyManage vendor relationships and oversee contract performanceEnsure compliance with Fair Housing standards and company policiesUtilize Yardi daily for reporting, resident management, collections, work order oversight, and operational performance trackingQualifications3+ years of multifamily property management experience requiredPrior experience managing conventional multifamily communities requiredExperience with older or value-add assets strongly preferredStrong knowledge of leasing, occupancy management, budgeting, delinquency, and collectionsExperience with Yardi requiredProven leadership and team development experienceAbility to remain organized and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and conflict resolution skillsExperience managing through transitions, staffing changes, or operational challenges preferredCompensationCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesFull medical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holidaysHousing discount available
