Ashe Counseling & Coaching LLC is an innovative, boutique psychotherapy practice dedicated to empowering and uplifting individuals and couples. We are actively seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor/Site Supervisor to provide supervision and leadership to our outstanding team. The clinical supervisor will provide supervision to provisionally-licensed therapists and help expose our clinicians to various modalities of treatment including individual, couple, and family counseling. Clinically, they will be expected to perform individual, couple, or family therapy, including conducting diagnostic assessments to formulate DSM 5 diagnoses and complete treatment plans to support therapeutic interventions. The candidate must have experience working with individuals in 1:1 traditional sessions, and have utilized clinical interventions and diagnostic skills in their current or previous work experience.
Responsibilities include:
Clinical
Maintain an average caseload of 25 clients a week.
Providing weekly supervision to a maximum of five (5) supervisees, ensuring proper assessments, recommendations, and referrals are documented
Reviewing and signing supervisees' notes, ensuring proper documentation and billing is facilitated
Assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of mental health conditions through individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
Engaging in solution-focused efforts for staff demonstrating performance issues
Demonstrating excellent management and retention of caseload
Documenting therapy in accordance with policies and procedures regarding medical records
Facilitating proper handoff of care of termination of services following protocol
Facilitating crisis assessment and interventions, if clinically indicated
Managing and organizing individual schedule utilizing electronic scheduler provided
Attending and participating in individual/group supervision and all required department meetings
Participating in internal and external marketing and networking meetings
Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team
Administrative
Assisting with day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staff management, patient flow, and clinic maintenance
Managing relationships with external vendors, including supply chain management, equipment maintenance, and technology solutions
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the clinic and its services
Participating in hiring and onboarding of new staff members
Ensuring site follow guidelines setforth by IL Department of Public Health and BHC requirements
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Psychologist
Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical supervision and management
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of HIPAA and APA guidelines for ethical, legal, and cultural standards of care

Salary
$78,000 - $84,000 per year
