Our campaign is focused on connecting directly with voters, listening to their concerns, and building a strong grassroots movement.Position Overview We are hiring motivated Field Organizers / Canvassers to help us identify and engage voters across Cambridge. You'll be part of the team on the ground, knocking doors, having one-on-one conversations, and representing Tim in neighborhoods throughout the city.ResponsibilitiesKnock doors and talk with voters across Cambridge to share Tim's message and identify supporters.Accurately record voter contact results using campaign tech toolsAttend team trainings and daily check-insRepresent the campaign in a positive, professional way at all timesMeet daily and weekly voter contact goalsQualificationsStrong communication skills and a friendly, respectful approach to voter contactWillingness to walk outdoors and knock on doors for several hours at a timeDependable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends as neededPrevious canvassing, community organizing, or campaign experience is a plus, but not requiredCommitment to electing Tim Flaherty and improving Cambridge for all residents is essential.DetailsFlexible schedule: 35 days per week through Election DayHourly pay: $15-$22, based on experience and availability.Training and support provided
