About the Role: The Human Resources Generalist supports multiple functions within the People Operations team and will act as the primary lead for the Dallas office for onboarding/offboarding, HR compliance reporting and administration, and will support talent development activities. This position supports firm policies and practices and collaborates closely with other areas of the HM&M Team. What You’ll Do: Support Deliver full-spectrum onboarding activities, following the workflow from pre-boarding, day one orientation activities and benefits enrollment to 90-Day onboarding survey. Facilitate offboarding activities for all terminations, issuing necessary transition documentation, scheduling exit interviews and collecting departure questionnaires. Update the Employee Handbook annually, incorporating necessary changes and improvements based on feedback, policy updates, and regulatory requirements. Assist in the development and continuous updating of the Springline Policies & Procedures Manual for Shared Services Activities. Ensure the manual remains current by incorporating feedback, policy changes, and best practices. Support annual reporting for compliance with EEOC, ADA, CMS, and OSHA requirements by gathering necessary data, preparing reports, and ensuring timely submission. Assist with annual HR audit responses compiling required documentation and addressing any audit findings. Perform an annual FLSA audit to ensure compliance with Fair Labor Standards Act regulations, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies. Assist with annual benchmarking projects related to compensation, benefits, and other HR metrics, analyzing data to ensure competitive and equitable practices. Serve as a backup for Learning & Development support, including managing the LMS system and overseeing Continuing Professional Education (CPE) activities. Act as the point of contact for day-to-day People Operations employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and support. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, reviewing and updating policies and practices to ensure ongoing adherence to legal requirements and best practices. Conduct annual employee performance review process. Input, track and manage continuing education certificates for licensed professionals. Serve as a trusted resource for employees regarding HR policies and procedures Address employee concerns and assist with conflict resolution Maintain accurate employee records Act effectively in a fast-paced, dead-driven environment while managing multiple priorities and competing demands Serve as a brand ambassador for the organization throughout the recruiting process, promoting the firm’s culture, values, and employee experience to candidates Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations, leadership effectiveness, and organizational development About You: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related field required, or equivalent work experience. A minimum 4 years of HR generalist experience required; preferably with at least 3 of those years also supporting benefits administration and compliance. Experience in a professional services environment is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude to easily use multiple software and technologies. Effective time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Effective communicator with strong verbal and writing skills. Self-motivated to maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR. Experience with Ultimate Software/UltiPro/UKG platform is a plus.
