Skilled Welder/Fitter - Structural Steel Erector

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and fitting tasks to fabricate and assemble metal structures according to specifications. If you have a strong background in welding, fitting, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Perform welding and fitting tasks using various techniques and toolsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawingsFabricate and assemble metal components accuratelyUse hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instrumentsOperate welding equipment such as soldering irons, rigging equipmentInspect welded structures to ensure they meet quality standardsCollaborate with team members to complete projects efficientlyOperate crane and other heavy machinery as neededRequirements:Proven experience as a Welder/Fitter or similar roleProficient in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick weldingFamiliarity with various hand tools and measuring instrumentsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawingsStrong attention to detail and precision in workKnowledge of safety procedures when operating welding equipmentAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamCertification in welding is a plus, we are willing to train you-Ability to pass a drug and background screeningJoining our team as a Welder/Fitter offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects in a dynamic environment.
