PrideStaff Financial on behalf of a client in Sunrise is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to provide excellent support to their sales team!Duties and Responsibilities:Preparing quotesResponding to customer calls and emailsAssisting the sales staff in completing customer paperworkEntering all incoming orders into system and sending order confirmations to customersFollow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their products and services.Process orders via email and phoneCheck orders and invoices for accuracyFollow up on open quotesContact clients to obtain missing information or answer queriesUpdate sales and customer recordsCreate purchase orders based on sales forecastMonitor current inventory levels to ensure that we have enough product on hand to fulfill customer requestsQualifications:3+ years of experience in this roleProficient with Microsoft Office.Knowledge of QuickBooksOutstanding organizational and multitasking skillsAble to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines.Must be willing to submit to a Background and a Drug TestCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $23.00
