You will influence how they perceive their child's education at one of five California locations: Palo Alto, Piedmont, downtown San Francisco, La Jolla, or South Bay (Los Angeles).Alpha is constructing an education model unlike others. Students fulfill core academic requirements in two hours daily through AI-powered platforms, dedicating remaining time to public speaking, critical thinking, and real-world application. No traditional lectures. No extraneous assignments. Nationally ranked top 1% outcomes. Our families are informed, well-counseled, and frequently discerning. They demand intellectual rigor, not rehearsed responses.You will steward that dialogue over the long term. Not only during enrollment, but throughout years of engagement. You will communicate with fluency about AI—its mechanics, its constraints, and its significance—particularly with families who launch companies, fund them, or demand exactness in all matters. If you cannot sustain that caliber of conversation, this role will prove challenging. If you can, it becomes among the most intellectually stimulating positions in education.This is not relationship management in the conventional sense. This is sustained trust-building with ultra-high-net-worth families who demand discretion, discernment, and steadiness.
