Staff Software Engineer (Full Stack, Backend-Leaning) The Opportunity Our client is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to join their early engineering team. This is a full-stack role with a backend lean, ideal for someone who can own larger technical systems end-to-end, set engineering direction, and help define how AI should be used responsibly in clinical environments. This role is not just about shipping features-it's about building the foundation: architecture, patterns, reliability, and the team's approach to execution.
