Job TitleJob Description and Skill RequirementHigh Level Skillset:Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server, Hyper V, Scripting (mandatory)AWS DevOps - EC2, S3, Lambda, Fargate, IAM (good to have)Wix (good to have)Detailed Job Description:Manage and support Windows 10/11/Server and Linux servers (installation, configuration, patching, troubleshooting).Configure, maintain, and monitor VMware/Hyper-V and cloud-based systems (AWS).Build, deploy, and maintain Docker/containerized applications and orchestrated environments (ECS/Kubernetes a plus).Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python).Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar).Apply cybersecurity best practices, including hardening, monitoring, and vulnerability management.Collaborate with developers, QA, and IT teams to ensure smooth software solution for end customers.Troubleshoot complex system and application issues in hybrid environments.Document infrastructure, deployments, and procedures.Required Skills & Experience:4-6 years of experience in systems engineering, DevOps, or related role.Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10, Windows 11 and Linux distributions (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS, etc.) along with Wix.Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC).Hands-on with Docker/containers; exposure to orchestration tools (Kubernetes, ECS/EKS) is a plus.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).Proficiency in scripting/automation (Bash, PowerShell, or Python).Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals (network security, IAM, patching, vulnerability scanning).Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.Nice to Have:Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).Background in regulated environments (medical devices, pharma, finance) and familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO, SOC 2, HIPAA).LTTS is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a clear policy against discrimination based on age, disability, sex, race, religion or belief, gender reassignment, marriage/civil partnership, pregnancy/maternity, or sexual orientation.
