In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of data analysts to understand the problem at hand, create an analysis plan to leverage the appropriate data, and use data analysis techniques to solve the problem. Our managers have a genuine care for people and enjoy developing people and do it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.What you'll do:Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to understand the problem at hand, create an analysis plan to leverage the appropriate data, and use data analysis techniques to solve the problemServe as the primary analytics expert for Consumer Banking, delivering data insights to drive business growth and enhance decision making for senior leadership and executive stakeholdersCollaborate with the line of business to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytical projectsLead the design, development, and governance of enterprise dashboards, delivering intuitive, high-impact visualizations that drive decision makingDeliver clear, compelling presentations to senior leadership, transforming complex data into concise, decision-ready insights and forward-looking recommendationsGuide the application of advanced statistical and analytical methodologies to deliver actionable insights and influence strategic decision makingMake recommendations to Product Teams, lines of business, and management based on data analysis findings that support actionable solutionsDevelop and implement strategic tests of data products and data initiatives to improve existing data analysis processesAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you'll need:Bachelor's degree in data science, mathematics, economics, or in a related field or equivalent industry experience5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or management roleDemonstrated experience in data visualization/BI tools, particularly tableau and tableau prep, including building and managing scalable, user-friendly dashboardsAbility to translate complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-makingStrong capabilities in Data Visualization, Data Storytelling, Data Scoping, and building custom KPIsProficiency in SQL and Python for data querying, manipulation, and analysisStrong problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities in addition to communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsStatistical analysis techniques and proficient in Microsoft office suite of toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOur Benefits:At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
