Litigation Legal Assistant (Irvine)
Litigation Legal Assistant The firm is seeking a litigation legal assistant to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to multiple litigation attorneys in its Irvine office. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of litigation matters by preparing and proofreading legal documents, coordinating case activities, managing attorney calendars, and maintaining communication with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, and vendors. Responsibilities include electronically filing pleadings, motions, and discovery documents in compliance with state and federal court procedures, scheduling depositions and meetings, tracking deadlines, preparing expense reports, and assisting with billing-related documentation and other administrative tasks.The ideal candidate will have at least five years of litigation experience, preferably in a mid-size or large law firm environment, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining strong attention to detail and professionalism. Candidates should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with legal document management systems such as iManage. Familiarity with litigation terminology, court procedures, and legal workflows is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.This position follows a primarily in-office hybrid schedule in Irvine, with limited remote flexibility. Overtime may be required as needed. The expected salary range for this role is $85,000–$105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, and includes eligibility for bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
