HR Operations SpecialistCorporate Headquarters - Redlands, CA 92375 OverviewSalary Range $28.00 - $33.00 Hourly DescriptionWhy You'll Love This Role You're the go-to for HR questions helpful, calm, and trusted You get real ownership over HR operations and systems You're close to the business without being buried in corporate nonsense You help create a workplace that's respectful, compliant, and people-first You work with a team that values clarity, accountability, and a good laugh What You'll Spend Your Time Doing Supporting employees with HR questions around policies, benefits, payroll, and life events Coordinating onboarding: offer letters, paperwork, background checks, orientations Processing employee changes (hires, promotions, leaves, separations) in Paycom Partnering with payroll to keep employee data accurate and up to date Supporting benefits, workers' comp, and leave administration Helping track compliance items and supporting audits (without being the fun police) Assisting with employee relations documentation, investigations, and exit interviews Pitching in on HR projects that help the company grow smarter, not messier QualificationsWhat We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in HR operations, administration, or support Solid understanding of California employment basics (Arizona a plus) Experience using an HRIS (Paycom preferred) Organized, detail-oriented, and discreet with sensitive information Clear communicator who employees feel comfortable talking to Able to juggle priorities without dropping the ball (or the keg) Work Details Office-based role in Redlands, CA Occasional travel to Lake Havasu City, AZ The Fine Print Hangar 24 Craft Brewery is an equal opportunity employer.
