Job TitleVice President, Product StrategyJob DescriptionThe Vice President, Product Strategy is a senior leader responsible for defining and driving product strategy while ensuring successful adoption across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, data, and business operationstranslating strategic vision into actionable roadmaps while leading the organizational change required to realize value.This leader brings deep product expertise but goes beyond product deliveryshaping operating models, influencing stakeholders, and embedding new ways of working to enable sustainable transformation. They will partner closely with executive leadership to align on priorities, drive measurable outcomes, and ensure that product innovation is effectively adopted across teams, processes, and systems.ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & VisionDefine and lead end-to-end product strategy aligned to business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunitiesTranslate strategic vision into prioritized roadmaps, epics, and measurable outcomesEstablish clear product principles, frameworks (e.g., DVF), and decision-making modelsEnsure product strategy is grounded in data, customer insight, and business viabilityTransformation & Change LeadershipLead change management efforts required to implement new products, platforms, and operating modelsDefine and execute change strategies across people, process, and technologyIdentify organizational barriers to adoption and proactively design solutions to overcome themDrive alignment across executive stakeholders, ensuring clarity on "what is changing" and "why it matters"Champion a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and iterative deliveryOperating Model & Ways of WorkingDesign and implement product-led operating models (e.g., cross-functional pods, agile delivery frameworks)Establish governance structures, decision rights, and workflows to support scalable executionAlign product, technology, data, and business teams around shared goals and KPIsEmbed repeatable processes for prioritization, roadmap planning, and deliveryStakeholder Leadership & InfluenceServe as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, including Product, Technology, Marketing, and Operations leadershipFacilitate alignment across complex, cross-functional environments with competing prioritiesCommunicate strategy, progress, and outcomes in a clear, compelling, and executive-ready mannerLead workshops, alignment sessions, and decision forums to drive momentum and clarityAdoption, Enablement & Value RealizationEnsure successful adoption of new capabilities across the organizationnot just deliveryDefine success metrics tied to business outcomes (e.g., adoption, efficiency, revenue impact)Partner with teams to operationalize new tools, platforms, and processesDevelop enablement strategies including training, documentation, and change communicationsTeam Leadership & Capability BuildingLead and mentor a team of product strategists, fostering strong product thinking and business acumenBuild product and change management capabilities across the organizationPromote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learningIdentify skill gaps and invest in training and developmentQualificationsCore Product Expertise10+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or digital transformation rolesProven ability to define and deliver complex digital products and platformsExperience translating business strategy into product roadmaps and execution plansStrong understanding of modern product practices (Agile, dual-track discovery, experimentation)Change Management & Transformation ExperienceDemonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation or change management initiativesDeep understanding of organizational change dynamics (people, process, technology)Experience driving adoption of new platforms, operating models, or ways of workingAbility to influence behavior change across diverse stakeholder groupsLeadership & CommunicationExceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skillsAbility to simplify complex ideas into clear, actionable narrativesExperience working in highly matrixed, cross-functional environmentsStrong facilitation skills (workshops, alignment sessions, decision-making forums)Strategic & Analytical ThinkingAbility to balance long-term vision with near-term executionStrong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindsetExperience defining KPIs and measuring business impactAdditional InformationThe Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
