In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packaging, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining company standards for safety, productivity, and accuracy.This position requires flexibility and a willingness to cross-train in multiple warehouse functions as part of our "Move to the Work" culture, which encourages employees to expand their skills and knowledge.Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM 3:00 PM. Additional overtime, early arrivals, or extended hours may be required based on business needs.Responsibilities:Pick products accurately to fulfill customer ordersRead and interpret digital pick tickets and customer order informationBuild boxes and prepare packaging materials to ensure safe shipment of productsApply shipping labels to completed customer ordersOperate an electric pallet jack safely and efficientlyStage completed orders for outbound shipmentMaintain productivity, organization, and accuracy standardsFollow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelinesCross-train in additional warehouse functions and support operational needs as requiredQualifications:Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience preferredMinimum of 1 year of experience operating an electric pallet jack preferredAbility to read and interpret customer orders and safety proceduresStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environmentPositive attitude and strong work ethicPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and move up to 50 poundsProlonged standing and walking on concrete surfacesFrequent bending, stooping, reaching, and liftingAbility to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditionsAbility to safely climb on and off forklifts and warehouse equipmentManual dexterity for operating machinery and handling productsBenefits:We offer a competitive benefit package that includes:Major medical, dental, and vision benefits available day one no waiting period.Company-paid life insurance and Employee Assistance Program.401(k) with company match.Employee discount on Ubique Group products.Ubique Group offers 9 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday per year and up to 13 accrued PTO days per yearUbique Group is an equal-opportunity employer.
