You’ll oversee timely, accurate inspections, mentor your team, and support the continued growth of our Fire Service business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, problem‑solving, and delivering exceptional customer service.How You Will Make an ImpactDrive Growth and ResultsImplement strategies that enhance inspection performance and expand Planned Service Agreements.Elevate Customer SatisfactionLead teams to deliver inspections on time and with accuracy.Ensure contractual obligations are met and customer experiences exceed expectations.Optimize ProductivityMonitor and improve team and district productivity.Identify staffing needs and manage direct and subcontracted resources effectively.Coach and Develop TalentBuild development plans tailored to each team member’s strengths.Maintain open, positive communication within a matrixed team environment.Champion Safety and ComplianceSupport daily Zero Harm safety initiatives.Ensure compliance with safety protocols, EEO policies, and all corporate standards.What You BringRequiredHigh School Diploma or equivalentPreferredCollege degree or 10+ years equivalent experienceAt least 5 years of Fire Services industry experienceStrong analytical skills to assess deficiencies and create action plansDemonstrated leadership ability, including coaching and conflict managementUnderstanding of basic accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelHIRING SALARY RANGE: $71,000 to $105,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
