Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, developing relationships, and proposing tailored solutions. Daily tasks will include conducting sales presentations, maintaining a pipeline of opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the sales management team to meet and exceed revenue goals. The role also involves participating in and delivering training to support ongoing skill development. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and deliver exceptional client experiencesExperience in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and achieve revenue targetsAbility to deliver and participate in Training sessions to support skill and performance developmentExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesProficiency with CRM tools and sales software is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
