Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team DevelopmentBuild, mentor, and scale a high-performing accounting and finance team Foster a collaborative, performance-driven environment Global Consolidation & ReportingLead consolidation across multiple international entities Manage intercompany accounting and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting Ensure timely and accurate financial close cycles Debt Compliance & Financial OversightMonitor financial covenants and maintain compliance documentation Provide proactive insights on financial risks and performance Development Accounting & Fixed AssetsOversee CIP accounting, cost capitalization, and depreciation Partner with development teams on project cost tracking Audit & Internal ControlsManage external audits and maintain strong internal control frameworks Treasury & Cash ManagementOversee global cash flow, liquidity planning, and banking relationships Manage intercompany funding and multi-currency transactions Lease AccountingEnsure compliance with ASC 842 Manage lease-related reporting, reconciliations, and disclosures Tax & ComplianceCoordinate multi-jurisdictional tax compliance with external advisors Support tax planning and structuring initiatives Systems & Process OptimizationServe as functional owner of financial systems (e.g., NetSuite) Drive automation, AI adoption, and scalable process improvements Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with legal, HR, operations, and executive leadership Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and consultants Qualifications10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience 5+ years in a leadership role managing global or multi-entity operations Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP; working knowledge of IFRS Deep experience with: Financial consolidation Lease accounting (ASC 842) Debt compliance & covenant reporting Audit management Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or professional services preferred Strong systems experience (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills Proven ability to scale processes in a high-growth environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills CPA / Big 4 background is a plus
