Community Relations Manager

Enable Dental is in search of an enthusiastic Community Relations Manager who will be instrumental in connecting our dental services with communities in need, particularly focusing on patients receiving home health care and hospice services. This role encapsulates both relationship management and community outreach, aiming to enhance the visibility and accessibility of our dental care offerings.In this role, you will be responsible for:Building and nurturing relationships with key personnel at senior living facilities, healthcare providers, and community organizations to increase awareness and referrals for our dental servicesExecuting marketing initiatives to promote our services, including attending community events and presenting our offerings to potential partnersUtilizing CRM tools to track interactions, monitor relationships, and report on sales activities and performance metricsWorking collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth transitions for new patients and high standards of service deliveryGathering feedback from community partners and using it to continuously improve our servicesRequirementsQualifications:A high school diploma is required; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in community relations, healthcare sales, or marketingStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectivelyExperience with CRM software and the ability to manage multiple relationships and leadsKnowledge of dental services and the healthcare landscape is highly desirableMust have a reliable vehicle for travel and a valid driver's licenseAbility to pass background checks as requiredBenefitsCompensation: Enjoy a competitive base salary of $75,000 PLUS uncapped Bonus Structure!!Perks: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision coverage, a 401(k) plan (with 3% match), Life Insurance, and generous Paid Time Off to help you recharge and thrive.
