Then this role is for you!As an Irrigation Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our mission by providing high-quality irrigation system installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services. You will work closely with our dedicated team and clients, ensuring the optimal performance of irrigation systems and delivering an excellent customer experience. This position offers a starting hourly rate of $30-$40 an hour based on experience, including an IRA plan, potential bonuses, and career opportunities. This position is Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm with flexibility needed.Responsibilities for the Irrigation Technician include:Perform irrigation system installations, maintenance, and repairs, including startup, troubleshooting, and winterizationProvide exceptional customer service by being responsive, punctual, and communicative with clients and team membersCreate accurate records of irrigation systems, documenting daily activities and project progress for future reference while keeping accurate and confidential client and company recordsDevelop and maintain professional relationships with property owners or managers, communicating regularly and addressing their needsCoordinate with the Operations Manager and property owners to schedule materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring projects stay on budget and on scheduleMaintain clean, safe job sites and service vehicles, adhering to Alpine Landscape's standardsComply with safety practices and report any unsafe conditions to the Operations ManagerRequirements for the Irrigation Technician include:Minimum of 1+ years of professional experience with irrigation system installation, maintenance, and repair requiredStrong knowledge of irrigation systems, equipment, and techniquesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specifications requiredStrong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly during a shiftA valid driver’s license with a safe driving recordAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, and cold
