Job Description - ECU/NCSTATECollaborative 3400 NC Wesleyan Bvld Rocky Mount, NC 27804 is currently seeking a Federal Work Study Student to serve as an Office/Program Assistant. Job duties include:
Performs administrative duties as assigned
Able to troubleshoot issues that arise
Able to work with children and youth K-12
Works independently and responsibly in the absence of close supervision
Attends trainings as required
Proctors and administers university exams
Maintains a quiet, secure atmosphere for testing
Maintains testing records and files
Maintains confidentiality and security of all test materials, test logs, and other test documents
Understands and upholds test procedures: adheres to academic integrity policies and procedures
Processes testing materials to appropriate university or testing entity
Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
Exhibit a pleasant public manner
Exhibit attention to detail
Show respect and sensitivity for cultural differences
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.) - Requirements:
Reliable and dependable in performing job-related tasks
Demonstrated attention to details
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work one Saturday morning
Able to detect nuances of improper conduct or misuse of test materials
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and in alignment with established proctoring guidelines
Ability to adhere to University policies and procedures
Ability to receive direction with minimum supervision
Ability to exercise good judgment
