This role will be responsible for partnering with customers to understand business needs, guide financial workflow design, and support the implementation, customization, and optimization of our Momentus Enterprise financial software solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong financial and accounting knowledge with consultative problem-solving, clear communication, and ability to translate complex information into practical, effective solutions. The successful candidate will help customers adopt best practices, improve business processes, and realize exceptional value from the Momentus Enterprise Financials package.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with customers to understand business requirements and recommend effective financial workflow solutions within Momentus EnterpriseConfigure Momentus Enterprise according to customer financial requirements, industry best practices, and project scopeProvide ongoing financial workflow support and guidance for recurring customer engagements, support escalations, and customer inquiriesDeliver training and support to customers to ensure customers understand, adopt, and receive value from the Momentus Enterprise Financials packageAssist customers with financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements, financial analysis, and operational insightsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention and growthStay current on Momentus Enterprise financial software features and functionality to best support customer implementations and ongoing optimizationConfidently present solutions to customer leadership and stakeholders, including directors, controllers and CFOsServe as a financial subject matter expert, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and other internal teams to support customer and business needsConsistently achieve an 80% utilization targetRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field1+ year of experience in financial software implementation or consultingStrong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and business processesExceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to translate complex subject matter into clear, practical guidanceConfidence presenting to clients, stakeholders, and internal departmentsGrowth-oriented mindset; open to feedback and continuous improvementAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel to client sites as required; travel is typically less than 20%
