This full-time, in-office position plays a critical role in supporting the company's real estate and property management operations by analyzing, abstracting, and managing a high volume of complex contractual and legal documents across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze complex real estate, leasing, acquisition, disposition, and corporate structure documents, translating legal language into clear, actionable summaries for entry into the company's internal databaseSupport finance, development, and other corporate teams by providing timely contract intelligence that enables faster and more informed decision-makingDraft, research, and revise a broad range of transactional and corporate documents with accuracy and attention to detailManage contract workflows, routing, approvals, and execution timelines in a high-volume environmentCoordinate deadlines and priorities across multiple concurrent projects and internal stakeholdersMaintain accurate time entry and tracking recordsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and outside partners in a fast-paced settingQualifications & ExperienceExperience with commercial real estate transactions strongly preferredProven ability to manage multiple projects and transactions simultaneously under deadline pressureExceptional organizational and time management skills with strong critical thinking and attention to detailProfessional demeanor with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelExperience with contract lifecycle management and workflow coordinationProficiency with SharePoint, DocuSign, and enterprise collaboration toolsUnwavering commitment to confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive legal and business information
