DescriptionPOSITION STARTS MID APRIL TO JUNENumber of openings: 3 Fulltime, TemporaryWorking Shift: Day ShiftHours : 5:00 am - 4:30 pm. May vary.The security concern is to protect persons and prevent damage or destruction to property. Also, to assist in managing the flow of traffic throughout the facility. Qualifications: Ability to get along well with others Good communication skills Bilingual desired High school diploma RequirementsWalking, patrol, observe and report Perimeter Checks of all fences and parking lots Question anybody who looks suspicious Minimum patrol, around all parking and lunch areas Check restrooms regularly for any graffiti and question loiterers Question all cars and trucks that enter the facility Close front gate at 6:00pm. Authorize personnel only after hours Physical requirements: Constant walking Occasional standing/sitting, handling Rarely grasping, pushing/pulling, use of stairs Senses: Hearing, sight (near, far), smell, touch Environmental factors: Work is performed outside at all times. Safety factors: Factors may include forklift traffic, transfer truck and cars throughout the facility Equipment Used to Perform Job Golf Cart Driving Clipboard and pen Flashlight This position can encompass other than the specified duties listed above. If necessary, alternative duties can be assigned at the discretion of the supervisor.
