We are top-notch talent, passionate about making a difference through the work we do together!Description:The Proposal Content Specialist will draft and manage the technical documentation and written components for RFPs. This role will oversee the creation of multiple forms of content to enhance the company’s credibility and help craft strategic and appealing proposals that enable us to win and build the current customer base.What You'll Do:Write, edit, and proofread consistent, high-quality, accurate, customized, and on-brand content for RFPs or related proposals, including additional materials requested by sales needed for client agreements, contracts or other documentationCreate, maintain and update content library as needed to ensure details are current, accurate and supports proposal objectives for desired audienceTranslate and highlights key technical information in a well laid out format that helps customers easily understand what matters and is most important from each audience member’s perspectiveFacilitate collaborative discussions with subject matter experts across the ImageTrend community to develop and implement proposal strategy and written contentResearch market information, competitor proposals, and client details to create content and monitor its effectiveness over time, including sharing any findings or ideas through proper channels for product innovationCollaborate with others to share and create best practices for the content team and organization, including participating or driving in process improvement projects to support the team’s ability to effectively enable the sales teamHelp as needed with proposal assembly, quality assurance, and other proposal functionsTravel to orientation, industry or company events, or other onsite meetings as requiredPerform additional duties or tasks as assignedRequirements:Degree in English, Journalism or related field or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experienceProposal or marketing experience, preferably in Healthcare or Public Safety industriesExperience in technical writing or documentation, with demonstrated ability to simplify complex topicsExperience creating original, creative ideas and content that targets a specific audience and meets proposal objectivesStrong attention to detail, with proven proof-reading, editing and copywriting skills Strong persuasive writing skills, with an ability to create compelling contentAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, preferably with understanding of the Adobe Create SuiteStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changes in project scopeEffective problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity or knowledge of Salesforce, SharePoint, and Responsive, or other similar technologiesAbility to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential informationEnthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skillsStrong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientationAbility to work in-office on a hybrid basis as requiredAbility to travel, up to 10%Benefits And Growth:Outstanding compensation packageMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) matchingPaid Time OffHybrid work flexibility availablePerks in the office such as snacks, tap beer, and ping-pongThe ability to do meaningful, challenging work on a fun and collaborative teamFor applicants that reside in the following states, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents, please contact careers@imagetrend.com for salary range information.At ImageTrend, we celebrate diversity and strive to ensure a workplace where everyone feels a sense of inclusion.
