Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager, located in City of Industry, CA. The EHS Manager will oversee health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe workplace environment. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS policies, conducting risk assessments and audits, investigating workplace incidents, and providing training programs to employees. The EHS Manager will work closely with other teams to foster a culture of safety and sustainability. Qualifications Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Health & Safety managementKnowledge of Occupational Health practices and proceduresExperience in Accident Investigation and risk assessmentAbility to design and deliver comprehensive Training programsStrong understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standardsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsBachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related fieldCertifications such as OSHA, CSP, or equivalent are a plusExperience in manufacturing or industrial environments is advantageous
