Role Description The Restaurant Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service at Waffle House. Responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and customer service, monitoring inventory and supply levels, and working to meet financial goals through cost management and revenue growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Georgia Park, FL, requiring a hands-on approach and a commitment to excellence in team management and customer satisfaction.
