Head of Deal Execution - Digital Infrastructure
Location: NYC preferred (hybrid considered)Compensation: $350K–$500K base + meaningful equityAbout our clientOur client is one of the most active counterparties shaping the build-out of compute infrastructure for the race to superintelligence. They are the connective tissue between frontier AI labs, hyperscalers, and the capital and physical infrastructure required to train the next generation of models. Every deal they sign moves the timeline of frontier AI forward. The pace is extraordinary. The deals are large, multi-party, and structurally complex — and they are being executed in months, not years.About the roleThe company needs someone to own how they negotiate and close. This is the senior commercial seat: leading live negotiations across a portfolio of multi-billion-dollar transactions, and building the deal machinery that lets the team do this repeatedly without losing speed or terms. This is not an advisory seat. You will sit at the table on the deals that get announced on the front page of the WSJ, drive counterparties to signature on timelines most M&A shops would consider reckless, and personally own whether transactions close on the date committed to leadership and the board. What you'll doOwn the deal lifecycle end-to-end — from kickoff through signature and clean handoff to deliveryLead and support commercial negotiations across a portfolio of large, multi-party transactionsBuild the playbook from scratch: stage gates, readiness checklists, escalation paths, and documentation standards that make the process repeatable as we scalePartner with internal and external counsel to push contracts through on aggressive timelines without sacrificing termsMaintain a clear, honest view of pipeline health and report it crisply to leadership and the boardHire and shape the team underneath you as deal volume growsWhat we're looking forSignificant experience leading high-stakes commercial negotiations for complex, digital infrastructure assetsLeading Lease negotiations for tenants of large data centersTrack record of closing large, multi-party deals under real time pressureAbility to build process from nothing and operate it across many concurrent workstreams without anything slippingDirect, low-ego communicator who is equally comfortable with executives, counsel, internal stakeholders, and counterparties
