Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered Job Duties Works across the company functionally to meet internal and external customer needs to help support field operations. Support operations and capital workloads and projects within an office setting: o Monitoring workloads to satisfy customer service requests and compliance requirements o Analyzing data and forecasting o Creating work orders and assigning to field personnel o Updating of company systems o Direct line of support to field personnel o Coordinating with shop management Navigates and utilizes various customer information and operational systems to input, update, and change customer or system-related information. Minimum Qualifications: 5 years Standard computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 5 years Identifying and implementing solutions to problems.
