The RN will ensure patient safety, coordinate care, and support staff to maintain excellent standards of care. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support nursing staff Deliver direct patient care in LTC/SNF setting Monitor patient conditions and care plans Ensure compliance with facility policies and care standards Maintain accurate documentation Requirements: Minimum 3 years of RN experience (LTC/SNF preferred) Active Colorado RN License BLS – Required Experience with PointClickCare EMR preferred CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID 295087.
