Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and personable Lead Coordinator to play a key role in managing and converting incoming leads into clients. This position is ideal for someone with sales and phone experience who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and guiding them toward solutions that improve their health and well-being. You will be the first point of contact for many new clients, helping shape their experience with Relive from the very beginning. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Conversion Manage all incoming leads through our CRM (Driply) Respond quickly and professionally via phone, text, and email Conduct outbound follow-up to convert leads into booked appointments Maintain consistent communication to nurture and convert prospective clients Client Experience Serve as the first impression of the Relive brand Educate clients on our services including IV therapy, hormone therapy, aesthetics, and regenerative treatments Build trust and guide clients toward services that align with their goals Scheduling & Coordination Schedule consultations and treatments efficiently Ensure accurate documentation and organization of client information Team Collaboration Support the Client Advocate with lead flow and client communication Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless client experience Continuously learn and expand knowledge of services and offerings What We’re Looking For Comfortable and confident on the phone Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership Positive, team-oriented attitude Interest in health, wellness, or aesthetics is a plus Qualifications 1+ year of sales, customer service, or phone-based experience Experience in wellness, medical, aesthetics, or fitness industries is a plus (but not required) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Why This Role is a Great Opportunity Be part of a growing wellness company with significant expansion plans Work directly with leadership and gain exposure to all aspects of the business Opportunity to grow into a Client Advocate role with increased responsibility Develop valuable skills in sales, client experience, and wellness services Join a positive, team-focused environment centered around helping people feel their best Compensation Hourly position (based on experience) Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company For more information on our products and services- https://relivehealth.com/tempe-az This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
