If you're looking for schedule flexibility, competitive pay, and meaningful patient care, this is your opportunity.Work alongside a collaborative therapy team while helping residents regain mobility, strength, and independence in a supportive Skilled Nursing environment.Our Mission: We are professionals committed to serving others, nurturing life, and promoting an individual's ability to thrive.Why You Will Love This OpportunityCompetitive pay (typically $45$55 per hour, depending on experience)Supportive, collaborative therapy team committed to excellent patient careMeaningful work where you can directly enhance resident quality of lifeFlexible scheduling optionsPosition Summary:Assists in planning, organizing, developing, delivering, and implementing Physical Therapy (PT) Services in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the supervising licensed Physical Therapist, Director of Rehabilitation, or Administrator.Qualifications:Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in this state.Must possess an Associate degree from an accredited program conferring the title of Physical Therapist Assistant.Outstanding communication (verbal and written) skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in all work-related situationsStrong organizational skills, ability to multitaskResponsibilities:Follows treatment interventions and programs for residents in accordance with resident plan of care and under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist or Rehab DirectorAssists in developing and maintaining Physical Therapy standardsObserves and reports on resident's responses to treatmentsProperly demonstrates the implementation of therapeutic interventions encouraging participation and reporting to supervising therapist on any changes in conditionMeets all physical requirements of the position (Pick up/put away equipment such as: weights, barbells, medicine balls, etc. transport patients to and from therapy areas, assists with all therapy activities as needed)We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
