Who We Are & What We OfferAmber Semiconductor is developing innovative power semiconductor solutions for high performance AI, Data Center, Server, & FPGA compute.Competitive salary range with equity plus opportunities for professional growth. $140,000–$240,000 in Dublin, CA for Principal Role, ₹30 LPA – ₹1 Cr in Bangalore, India for Senior and Staff rolesCollaborative, fast-paced environment where you can make a direct impact on next-generation semiconductor technology.On-site based in Dublin, CA and Whitefield, Bangalore.What the Role IsDesign and implement analog and mixed-signal circuits for advanced PowerTile IC designs for AI processorsDefine top-level specifications in collaboration with system architects and product teams.Perform transistor-level design, simulation, and verification across PVT corners using industry-standard EDA tools.Work closely with system, test, and product engineers to ensure successful product development.Skills & QualificationsMS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.5+ years of hands-on analog/mixed-signal IC design experience.Strong foundation in device physics, analog circuit theory, and CMOS/BiCMOS processes.Solid understanding of analog design fundamentals (gain, stability, noise, mismatch, compensation).Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or equivalent EDA tools.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and technical leadership abilities.AmberSemi is an equal opportunity employer.
